Rehabilitation of weak or atrophied muscles, due to injury or lifestyle. This can be done after physical therapy has been completed or in conjuction with physical therapy.

Small group fitness classes to help stay active and prevent injury. I travel and have my own equipment! I also work with clients of all ages and abilities.
